Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader in Woodbury Lakes to champion AE Brand Visual Standards and lead floorset execution. You will train and coach the Floorset team, manage replenishment, and ensure the store delivers an outstanding guest experience.

You bring a passion for retail merchandising, excellent organization, and flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for AE products and visual standards.
• Strong organization, priority-setting and time management skills.
• Flexible availability: mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Solid retail merchandising and visual skills; history of retail work.

Responsibilities

• Support driving guest experience with Merchandising Team Leader; ensure store reflects AE Brand Standards.
• Lead Floorset execution by coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment.
• Promote a culture of teamwork and recognition within the merchandising team.
• Champion guest experience as the top priority and uphold safety standards in store and stockroom.
• Adhere to AE policies and shrink-reduction strategies.
