Job summary

AEO Frisco, TX is seeking a Merchandise Leader to be the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in executing Floorsets and merchandising updates. You will ensure the store stays guest-ready through replenishment and visual standards, while coaching the team to deliver the brand experience.

You'll partner with leadership to drive effective merchandising, day-to-day operations, and replenishment, maintaining safety and shrink-reduction standards. AEO values teamwork and recognition.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and floor execution.

• Ability to coach and lead a merchandising team.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training the Floorset team to standards.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards through daily merchandising and replenishment.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize guest experience and store presentation.
• Uphold store safety, shrink reduction, and policy adherence.
• Celebrate wins and foster a culture of recognition with the team.
