Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader who will partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to drive Floorset execution and brand-standard visuals. You’ll train the Floorset team, manage replenishment, and keep the store guest-ready through proactive merchandising and sell-through adjustments.

The role emphasizes teamwork, recognition, and a strong focus on the guest experience while upholding store safety and stockroom controls in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• You support driving an outstanding guest experience with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Execute Floorsets, train the Floorset team, and set productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain Brand Standards and a fresh store.
• Celebrate wins, foster teamwork, and ensure guest-ready presentation.
• Maintain store safety and adhere to policies and procedures.
