You will train and coach the Floorset team, drive productivity, and ensure all areas—from tables to wardrobers—meet Floorset expectations while fostering a culture of recognition and teamwork.

- Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting clear productivity goals.
- Maintain day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments to maximize guest experience.
