Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic Sales Ambassadors to deliver exceptional guest service and help guests with product information and upsell where appropriate. You will manage the cash register, price-mark merchandise, and maintain clean, inviting counters and displays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Outgoing personality with strong English language communication skills.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and learn/use point of sale system.
• Flexibility, dependability and integrity.
• Prior retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

What you get to do:

As a Sales Ambassador, you'll deliver exceptional guest service while providing guests with product information and upselling when appropriate. Your "bottom line" will be to ensure guests have a shopping experience that meets and exceeds their expectations.
