Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of retail or data entry accounting experience, required.
• 1-2 Years’ experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel, required.
• 1-2 years’ experience successfully implementing, analyzing, and troubleshooting as related to retail analysis and retail inventory systems, preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience with merchandise POS, inventory, and ordering system, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serving as an Inventory System Super-User to manage inventory control functions.
• Providing administrative support as a division representative to the park.
• Plan and execute host celebrations, coordinate merchandise projects, process mail, purchase supplies, and maintain communications boards.
• Partner with finance and operating teams to oversee period-end functions, cycle counting, offline POS testing, and annual physical inventory.
• Identifying and executing markdowns with Manager approval based on inventory reports.
• Facilitate requests for stock, raw materials, and supplies with vendors and maintain purchase history.
• Generate reports analyzing sell-through and replenishment needs for inventory balance between locations.
