Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a part-time Merchandise Manager in the Nashville area to drive merchandising and operational execution in store NAS-NASHVILLE WEST, TN. You will manage truck processing, inventory routines, pricing integrity, and in-stock readiness while upholding visual standards and customer-ready presentation.

You will lead and coach team members, coordinate with Store Manager on staffing, and ensure SOPs and company programs are followed to maximize sales and shrink

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience with in-store merchandising and inventory control.
• Ability to lead and train a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards; hold team accountable.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage; maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution: unloading, sorting, flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines; drive replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control: accuracy, integrity, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets, pricing changes, and promotional signage.
• Oversee Ship-from-Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
