Job summary

You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store environment through proactive workload planning. Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, MOD coverage, ship-from-store processes, RTV/ASN handling, and staff coaching to maintain strong Asset Protection

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and stock flow to the sales floor
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain service standards
• Manage inventory accuracy and shrink reduction
