You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store, while planning workloads, managing stock, and guiding the team. This role requires 3+ years of retail leadership and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment with nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to enforce SOPs and company programs.
• Experience training and coaching store teams.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, pricing, and planogram execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck processing, stock flow, and daily merchandising tasks.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual standards to company expectations.
• Maintain in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Provide MOD coverage and store leadership during shifts.
• Coordinate price changes and promotional signage.
• Manage Ship from Store and RTV/ASN processes.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and asset protection practices.
