Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, and accountability for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Lead truck execution processes, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership for staffing alignment.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for stock readiness and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and ensure merchandising sets are completed on schedule.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready store and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring product accuracy and efficient stock movement.
• Execute promotional ad sets with compliant signage and placement.
• Complete price changes on time, maintaining pricing integrity across floor and systems.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with accurate documentation and inventory adjustments.
• Manage store damages procedures and shrink reduction.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building across departments.
• Partner in Asset Protection to reduce shrink through awareness and safe operations.
