Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, maintaining store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes for unloading and merchandising flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control and stock movement for accuracy and integrity.
• Execute ad sets with compliant promotional signage and product placement.
