Job summary

The Michaels Companies PHX-MESA store in McKellips, AZ is hiring a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution. You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing integrity, and promotional execution to ensure a customer-ready store.

You will lead and coach team members, partner with leadership on staffing, and maintain visual standards and in-stock levels through SISO routines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience with SOPs and company programs.
• Ability to manage store operations and inventory.
• Strong workload planning and task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs compliance and policy execution.
• Lead truck execution, unload, sort, and stock to floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with leadership.
• Manage in-stock levels via in-stock optimization routines.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual standards.
• Support inventory accuracy and backroom organization.
• Process price changes and promotional signage.
• Oversee ship-from-store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processing.
