You will work as part of a team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience and support the store’s goals. The role requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes in direction.
• Able to train others and work well in a team.
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensures an excellent customer experience and maintains a clean store.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise processing.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, and secured; communicates with management.
• Promotes safety, compliance, and adherence to labor policies.
