Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process tasks efficiently and provide excellent customer experience.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, coded and stocked.
• Maintain backroom organization and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Management and staff on priorities.
