Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work flexible shifts incl. nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodations.
• Experience in retail leadership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep sales floor stocked and organized.
• Interacts with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and address needs.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Coordinate with team to ensure on-time deliveries and replenishment.
• Maintain backroom organization, signage, and cleanliness.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
