Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working as part of a team.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure associates process efficiently and maintain an excellent customer experience.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, code, and organize merchandise for the sales floor.
• Ensure back stock is organized and replenishment is smooth.
