Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience.
• 6 months of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and store operations.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Collaborate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
