Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process work efficiently.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Organize back stock and ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Support management to meet store goals and maintain safety standards.
