Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a retail associate to grow within our team at TJ Maxx stores in the Morrow area. You will help ensure a positive customer experience, manage merchandise flow from receiving to floor, and train teammates on merchandising standards.

You will work with a team across departments, maintaining accurate tagging and organization while supporting safety and loss-prevention initiatives. This role requires flexibility and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience and at least six months in a leadership role.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects and handling physical tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong teamwork and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains cleanliness and backroom standards; supports safety programs.
