Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a reliable HomeGoods team member in Nashua, NH to execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

You will train Associates, organize stock, and maintain store cleanliness while following safety and labor guidelines. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise processing
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with management to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
• Monitors productivity and coaches as necessary
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment
• Adheres to labor laws and safety standards
• Promotes and supports credit and loyalty programs
• Performs other duties as assigned
