Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a HomeGoods team member in Massachusetts to execute receiving and merchandising standards, assist customers, and maintain a clean, organized store.

You will engage with customers, prioritize tasks, and support the team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role, with strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure customers have an excellent experience and store is organized.
• Organize backstock and ensure replenishment to sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Tag, hang, code, and display merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, and follow safety policies.
