A to Z Media is seeking a detail-oriented Apparel & Promotional Product Development Coordinator to support the merchandise department's end-to-end programs. You will execute and track product development, logistics, and vendor coordination for a diverse roster of music and brand clients.

This role emphasizes proactive scheduling, cross-functional collaboration, and precise timeline management, from initial concept to final delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in product coordination or merchandise operations.
• Direct experience in apparel, promotional products, or music merch preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and creative teams.
• Adaptability in a dynamic setting with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Product Development & Timeline Tracking: manage day-to-day lifecycle from design to delivery.
• Vendor & Sourcing Coordination: coordinate with vendors, issue POs, monitor timelines.
• Client Services & Communication: keep clients and teams updated, resolve issues promptly.
• Logistics, Data & Order Administration: maintain records, invoices, and shipping details.
• Asset Creation & Quality Control: assist in asset routing and ensure proofs meet client approvals.
