Job summary

A to Z Media, a family-owned company since 1994, is seeking a detail-oriented production coordinator to join our team in Portland. You will manage end-to-end production workflows across print, packaging, and logistics, coordinating with internal art, vendors, and clients.

The ideal candidate is proactive, a strong communicator, and able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and service for our global clients.

Responsibilities

• Track and drive end-to-end production processes.
• Traffic jobs through design, proofing, printing, and delivery.
• Issue POs to domestic and international vendors.
• Coordinate schedules and communicate status with clients.
• Provide regular weekly status reports to clients.
• Maintain accurate production schedules.
• Invoicing clients and ensuring all billable items are billed.
• Liaise with in-house Sales when needed.
• Navigate domestic and international project calendars.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

You will be tracking and driving the process from end to end which includes{{:}}

• - Working with internal art department trafficking jobs through design/proofing stage
• - Issuing purchase orders to all vendors, both domestic and international
• - Trafficking all projects through print, manufacturing and delivery to final destination
• - Communicating on a regular basis with the client as to the status of their projects
• - Communicating via phone, email, zoom, etc., both domestic and international
• - Maintaining an accurate production schedule and generate weekly status reports for clients
• - Navigate internal schedules for domestic and international projects
• - Correctly invoicing clients and ensuring that all billable parts are included
• - Liaise with in-house Sales personnel as and when necessary
• - Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
