Job summary

Twelve Inc. is seeking a Designer focused on merchandise design for retail, lifestyle and accessories. You will develop trend-driven, brand-aligned designs, create product renderings, and prepare production-ready artwork for manufacturing.

Ideal candidates have strong design instincts, understand branding, and can translate concepts into commercially successful products while maintaining strict brand guidelines and collaborating with Creative, Development, and Production teams.

Qualifications

5-8 years of relevant design experience in lifestyle or accessories.
Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Dimensions/Substance a plus.
Experience creating print-ready files, dielines, and tech packs.
Ability to work non-destructively within others' files and collaborate cross-functionally.
Strong typography, illustration, and pattern-making skills.

Responsibilities

Create trend-driven, brand-aligned designs for merchandise.
Produce production-ready templates, artwork, and tech packs for manufacturing.
Ensure consistency across collections by following client branding guidelines.
Collaborate with Creative, Development and Production teams to realize concepts.
Maintain organized asset structures and high-quality artwork delivery.
