Twelve in New York is seeking a creative Graphic or Multi-Disciplinary Designer for our Retail Product team. You will design products in beauty, lifestyle, and accessories, collaborating with top-tier global brands.

The ideal candidate blends trend awareness with product development, delivering high-quality designs aligned with clients' branding and market needs. This role offers hybrid work, full-time benefits, and opportunities to influence line layouts, mood boards, and production-ready

Qualifications

4–6 years design experience in-house or agency.
Strong commercial design skills across mass-market to luxury.
Excellent layout and client-facing deck design.
Proficient in Photoshop renderings and mock-ups.
Solid understanding of Pantone color system.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Art Director and Development team to produce renderings and artwork.
Conceptualize designs aligned with client branding and market trends.
Maintain brand consistency per client guidelines.
Lead projects from concept to final production.
Create marketing materials and collateral for Twelve.
Mentor junior designers and support production workflows.
