Job summary

Twelve is seeking a Designer focused on merchandise design for retail and accessories in Seattle. You will translate concepts into trend-driven, brand-aligned products and prepare production-ready artwork for manufacturing.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years of lifestyle design experience, strong typography and illustration skills, and the ability to collaborate with Creative, Development, and Production teams while maintaining exacting quality.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of design experience in lifestyle or accessories.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud with strong typography skills.
• Experience creating print-ready files, dielines, templates, and tech packs.
• Ability to adapt across multiple teams and non-destructive editing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create trend-driven, brand-consistent merchandise designs.
• Produce production-ready templates and artwork files for manufacturing.
• Maintain brand consistency across collections by following guidelines.
• Collaborate with Creative, Development, and Production teams to bring concepts to life.
• Execute internal marketing materials and decks to support storytelling.
• Utilize AI to improve efficiency while preserving creativity.
