On Twelfth is seeking a creative Women's Apparel Graphic Designer to support the development of our multi faceted product lines. This role requires trend awareness, collaborative working style, and strong graphic artwork skills.

Design graphics and illustrations for seasonal collections, produce production-ready art files, and collaborate with garment engineers and offshore vendors to ensure color accuracy, fit, and quality while upholding the brand's signature style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fashion design, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong illustration, typography, color theory, and layout skills.
• Understanding garment construction and apparel production processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and ideation: Research current market and fashion trends to develop original, trend-right graphics, illustrations, typography, and seasonal themes.
• Technical Artwork Creation: Use design software (illustrator and photoshop) to create production-ready art files, including color separations, repeat patterns, and layouts for embellishments.
• Prototyping and Sampling: Prepare detailed tech packs for manufacturers and review prototypes for color accuracy, fit, and quality, communicating revisions to offshore teams.
• Collaboration: Partner with apparel designers to ensure a cohesive collection that meets aesthetic and business goals.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a digital library of artwork, design files, and materials for brand consistency.
