Total Wine & More in Wisconsin is hiring a Store Merchandiser to maximize product inventory, stock shelves, build displays, and support online orders including curbside pickup and delivery.

You will greet customers, deliver friendly service, stay compliant with alcohol laws, and participate in training. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1–3 years retail experience, and ability to lift 50 lbs and work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience; 1+ year preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps, place signage, and manage merchandising.
• Support online business operations and fulfill orders for curbside pickup and delivery.
• Greet customers, deliver exceptional service, and inform about products and services.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely when required.
