Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. Marshalls location is seeking team-oriented associates to deliver excellent customer service and support merchandise processing. You will engage customers, maintain store standards, and help keep backroom operations organized for smooth replenishment.

Responsibilities include receiving, tagging, rotating stock, and helping with training. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment processes.
• Promotes safety, cleanliness, and compliance with labor laws and policies.
