Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking team members to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring efficient processing and a superior customer experience.

You will engage with customers, help maintain a clean, well-organized store, and model exceptional service. Responsibilities include training Associates, maintaining tags/stock, and coordinating with management to ensure smooth flow of goods and adherence to labor laws and store policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by engaging with shoppers.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, and stocking of merchandise.
