Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to support the Associate/Assistant Buyer across merchandising categories and channels. You will help manage SKUs, pricing changes, and reporting, while collaborating with photo, warehouse, and analytics teams to drive compelling assortments.

The role is onsite in the office Monday through Thursday with a remote option on Friday, offering growth opportunities within a data-informed, collaborative merchandising environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous merchandising experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint); ability to create pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Own sample management and coordinate with photo and warehouse teams to track samples.
• Set up and maintain all SKUs in merchandising systems.
• Enter and maintain price/cost changes for relevant categories.
• Prepare reporting and assist Buyers with business opportunities.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity.
