Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator in San Francisco to support the Associate/Assistant Buyer and Buyer across merchandise categories for all sales channels. You will help with sample management, SKU setup, price changes, and reporting, contributing to best-in-class merchandising strategies each season.

The role is onsite Monday through Thursday with a remote option on Friday, and may require occasional travel. Strong MS Office and merchandising knowledge are expected.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Previous experience in Merchandising preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint); ability to create pivot tables and experience with advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP a plus.

Responsibilities

Own sample management – communicating with photo and warehouse teams to track sample positions.
Work in Merchandise Buyer systems to set up and maintain all SKUs.
Enter and maintain all price/cost changes for relevant categories.
Prepare reporting as directed and assist Assistant Buyers with business opportunities.
Maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
