Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Coordinator to support the Associate/Assistant Buyer and Buyer across specified categories for all channels.

You will help develop best-in-class merchandising strategies and maintain data accuracy while partnering with the photo and warehouse teams on sample management and SKU setup. This role is onsite Monday-Thursday with a remote option on Friday, requiring strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous experience in Merchandising preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; pivot tables and VLOOKUP experience a plus.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Own sample management - communicating and partnering with our photo and warehouse teams to track sample positions.
• Work in Merchandise Buyer systems to set up and maintain all SKUs.
• Enter and maintain all price/cost changes for relevant categories.
• Prepare reporting as directed and assist Assistant Buyers with business opportunities.
• Maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
