Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an operational liaison for DC- Merchandising coordination. You will connect Distribution Center activities with Corporate Merchandising and Home Office, ensuring timely delivery of right products to stores.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years merchandising experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion/Merchandising or Business/Management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Highly organized with multitasking ability
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexible and able to adjust to priority updates
• Apparel retail management experience is a major plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion/Merchandising or Business/Management or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Liaison between DC Operations and Corporate Merchandising
• Communicate product inflow details to DC Merchandise Control and HO
• Oversee priority merchandise with store delivery timelines
• Monitor SCAN to ensure accurate product information
• Send samples and pictures to Home Office planning teams
• Manage merchandise return to vendor
• Maintain all necessary merchandising files
• Handle special projects as assigned
• Able to work any DC shift schedule
