TJ Maxx, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a merchandising liaison to connect DC operations with Corporate Merchandising. You will coordinate product inflows, manage priority merchandise with precise timelines, and ensure accurate data logging in internal systems.

The role requires 1–2 years in merchandising, strong Excel/Word skills, and excellent communication. A Bachelor's in Fashion/Merchandising or Business is preferred, with flexible shifts available across DC operations.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of merchandising experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Flexible to priority updates.
• Apparel retail management experience is a major plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion/Merchandising or Business/Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between DC Operations and Corporate Merchandising.
• Communicate product inflow details to internal teams and HO.
• Oversee production of priority merchandise with store delivery timelines.
• Monitor SCAN to ensure accurate product information logging.
• Send samples and photos to Home Office planning teams.
• Manage merchandise return to vendor processes.
• Maintain all files for Merchandising.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Be comfortable working any shift schedules the DC operates.

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

• Liaison and problem solver between Distribution Center (DC) Operations & Corporate Merchandising Departments

• Communicate information regarding product inflowing to the Distribution center to internal DC Merchandise Control Management and Corporate Home Office Management Associates

• Oversees the production of priority merchandise with specific store delivery timelines to ensure the right product, gets to the right location, at the right time in accordance with HO communication and deadlines

• Monitors and audits internal computer system (SCAN) to ensure product information is logged accurately

• Send samples and pictures of product to Home Office Corporate planning teams

• Manages the merchandise return to vender process

• Maintains all necessary files for the Merchandising Department.

• Special projects as assigned.

• Must be comfortable to work any shift schedules the DC operates

The skills that will make YOU successful:

Shift

Sunday, Friday, Saturday 5:00am-5:30pm
