Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience or equivalent.
• 6 months of leadership experience or supervisory exposure.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep associates efficient.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise properly.
• Communicate with leadership to ensure smooth flow of goods to the floor.
