The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring for a merchandising liaison role. You will coordinate between Distribution Center Operations and Corporate Merchandising to ensure timely product delivery and accurate data in systems.

You should have 1–2 years in merchandising, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. The position requires flexibility to work DC shifts and offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience required.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Flexible and able to adjust to priority updates.
• Apparel retail management experience is a major plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion/Merchandising or Business/Management or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between DC Operations and Corporate Merchandising.
• Communicate product inflow details from DC to Merchandise Control and HO.
• Oversee priority merchandise delivery within store timelines.
• Monitor SCAN system to ensure accurate product info.
• Send samples and photos to Home Office planning teams.
• Manage merchandise return to vendor process.
• Maintain all files for Merchandising.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Work shifts as DC operates.
