Job summary

Marshalls in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a team-oriented Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process merchandise efficiently and deliver an excellent customer experience.

You will help keep the store organized, ensure merchandise is tagged and presented, train and mentor teammates, communicate with the Coordinator on Duty, and support productivity and coaching to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail customer service.
• Familiarity with merchandising and processing principles.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on established merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
• Ensures Associates complete tasks and activities according to store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Monitors productivity of team and coaches as necessary
