Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Operations Liaison at our USA location to connect DC Operations with Corporate Merchandising. The role focuses on ensuring timely product flow, accurate data in SCAN, and coordinated communication across teams.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in merchandising, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. Apparel retail management experience is a plus; a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to adapt to priority updates and changing schedules.
• Apparel retail management experience is a major plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion/Merchandising or Business/Management or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaison and problem solver between DC Operations & Corporate Merchandising Departments.
• Communicate product inflow information from DC to internal teams.
• Oversee production of priority merchandise with store delivery timelines.
• Monitor and audit the SCAN system for accurate product data.
• Send samples and pictures to Home Office planning teams.
• Manage merchandise return to vendor process.
• Maintain all necessary files for Merchandising.
• Carry out special projects as assigned.
• Work shifts as DC operations require.
