Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the needs of the business.

1. Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
2. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
3. Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and give correct change according to established procedures.
4. Promote credit and loyalty programs.
5. Maintain and follow merchandising philosophy and procedures.
6. Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company standards.
7. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store.
8. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
9. Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
10. Support store shrink reduction goals and participate in safety initiatives.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Who We’re Looking For: You.

1. Possess excellent customer service skills.
2. Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
3. Have strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
4. Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes.
5. Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
6. Work effectively with peers and supervisors.
7. Retail customer experience is preferred.
