Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and give correct change according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain and follow merchandising philosophy and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for sale floor following company procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness efforts throughout the day.
• Maintain organizational and cleanliness standards for the sales floor and store overall.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety initiatives to maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
