Job Description: Retail Associate at TJ Maxx

Responsibilities:

1. Provide an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers and embodying our customer service principles.
2. Support store operations including maintaining a clean and organized environment, adhering to operational standards, and supporting loss prevention efforts.
3. Assist in merchandising, processing merchandise, and supporting store recovery activities.
4. Promote credit and loyalty programs and support store safety and shrink reduction initiatives.
5. Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
