Position Summary

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Retail Sales Associate works with retail store associates and management to uphold the PGA TOUR Superstore ‘Customer First’ philosophy by providing a world-class shopping experience. The associate maximizes sales by keeping their areas stocked, signed, and merchandised, and following operational processes.

Overall Responsibilities

• Greet every retail customer observed within 10 feet within 30 seconds.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards through signing and merchandising areas.
• Replenish merchandise from incoming freight promptly to maximize customer selection.
• Investigate customer requests for unavailable items and report to supervisor.
• Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail sales experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• GED or high school diploma required.
