Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

The role involves delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. The associate adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various store areas.

1. Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers.
2. Support and promote a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
3. Handle transactions accurately, including ringing up purchases and returns, and giving correct change.
4. Promote credit and loyalty programs.
5. Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale.
6. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store.
7. Accept feedback and recognize others’ contributions.
8. Comply with labor laws, policies, and safety standards.
9. Assist in shrink reduction initiatives.
10. Support a safe environment by participating in safety programs.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Who We’re Looking For: You.
