Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment with customers, subordinates, and supervisors.
• Keep all store areas, including the stockroom and sales floor, to company standards, including recovery.
• When the Store Manager is not present, oversee all hourly Associates.
• Process directives like Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, Key Survey, etc., as delegated.
• Assist with receipt and return of DSD merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies.
• Support freight flow management and meet productivity standards.
• Assist in ordering, stocking, and maintaining merchandise, including frozen & refrigerated items.
• Help maintain stockroom organization and ensure the sales floor is sales-effective daily.
• Assist in planning and merchandising activities, including Clip Strips and Power Panels.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prefer prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
