Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager
• Participating in hiring, training, and developing store associates as delegated
• Supporting all store functions and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
• Helping protect and secure store assets, including cash
• Adhering to all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors
• Ensuring store areas meet company standards, including recovery and organization
• Providing supervisory oversight for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent
• Processing corporate directives and store communications
• Managing receipt and return of merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies
• Supporting freight flow management and stock organization
• Meeting productivity standards and assisting in merchandise ordering and stocking
• Ensuring sales floor effectiveness and planning merchandising strategies

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
