Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in product development, contract management, and royalty reporting.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; proficiency with MS Office.
• Asana experience is a plus; ability to pick up new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Supports the business development function of CoR Artists Licensed Merchandise + Retail program with administrative and sales support.
• Coordinate product submissions for the Commercial retail & licensing team, ensuring projects are tracked, coordinated, and delivered on time to meet deadlines.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Commercial team, including meeting coordination, calendar management, accurate note-taking, trade show and exhibit planning, and daily operational support.
• Facilitate all artist sample management activities, including tracking, organization, cataloging, inventory maintenance, and distribution across the artist roster.
• Support the organization, management, and distribution of artist artwork and creative assets to external partners, ensuring all file links are current, accessible, and shared securely.
• Assist in the creation visually compelling pitch documents and materials to highlight retail merch opportunities as directed by commercial retail sales team on a monthly and quarterly basis.
