Job summary

Sony Music Entertainment is seeking a Licensing & Retail Coordinator to support CoR Artists Licensed Merchandise and Retail programs. You will coordinate submissions, manage samples, and help prepare pitch materials for retail opportunities while ensuring timely delivery to partners.

You will handle administrative tasks for the Commercial team and collaborate with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced setting, leveraging strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience with product development, contract management and royalty reporting processes.
• Strong organizational skills and project management; Asana a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supports the business development function with administrative and sales support.
• Coordinate product submissions for the Commercial retail & licensing team, tracking and delivering on time.
• Provide administrative support to the Commercial team including calendar management and notes.
• Facilitate artist sample management and inventory control across the roster.
• Assist in creating pitch documents to highlight retail merch opportunities; meet timelines.
