Job summary

Sony Music Entertainment’s Merch Collective seeks an Account Coordinator to support artist commerce initiatives across touring, e-commerce, retail, VIP, licensing, events, and pop-up activations. You will coordinate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to keep projects organized and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in merchandising, e-commerce, retail, marketing, project coordination, entertainment, or related field.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communicator who collaborates with teams and follows up to keep projects on track.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and adapt to seasonal ebbs and flows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client relationships and day-to-day account management with Account Managers.
• Plan and execute merchandising and commerce initiatives, tracking deliverables and launches.
• Oversee day-to-day merchandising project workflows and documentation.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between creative, production, and finance teams.
