Job summary

Mercedes Benz of Latham is hiring for a service advisor who can blend passion for automotive technology with exceptional customer service. In this role you will relay customer concerns to our technicians and help translate vehicle issues into clear, actionable service recommendations.

This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM with rotating Saturdays. Prior automotive service knowledge is required, and you will join a team that values accuracy, communication, and a
